  • Customer Grouping

    The customer group term refers to the group of customers based on its market segment. Therefore we can find groups such as Automotive Service, Beverage Manufacturing, Education, Entertainment, Sports & Recreation, Farming, FoodService and more. Depend on business type, our Customer Service area (in most of the countries) coded the customer information to be shown on IRIS in the proper bucket.

  • Validation Process

    The purpose of the Sales Validation Tool is to allow the countries to reconcile IRIS data against the HFM data. The validation system allows finance to add to the IRIS data base the same changes or additions made to HFM. The HFM changes are generally made outside of the business system and are not reflected in the invoice/sales data pulled from the business system for IRIS.

  • Product Grouping

    The product group term refers to the Ecolab product classification, based on groups created at division level. So as a result you can find groups such as F&B Cleaning Products, 360 Hospitality, Bundle, Laundry, Farming Products and more.


  • Key Accounts

    The customer hierarchy term refers to the chain structure existing in some customers. For example Marriott International is a chain on where we can find different levels such as Courtyard, JW Marriott, Bulgari Hotels & Resort, Fairfield Inn, and so on. Having such a insight knowledge will help to the corporate account manager to follow up at chain business which is one of the most important pilars of Ecolab. In order to use this level in IRIS you need to work with Customer Key Account level on the Customer tree dropdown.

  • Daily Rebates

    This process allows business to view reflected on a daily basis the movements concerning automatic Rebates with the proper level of customization required, such as a percentage or a static amount, and combined to product or customer level, without having to wait to the end of the month and manually calculate the final ammounts.

  • Key Performance Indicators

    Beside the regular indicators, IRIS offer a set of KPIs which allows you have a detailed control about new accounts, increasing accounts, decreasing accounts and no purchase accounts. Also the same set of KPI are available for programs.

  • Budget

    Budget & Forecast tool allows you to upload anytime your own information and use it in IRIS to compare your sales performance.

  • CAM Alignment

    The CAM grouping allows to each Corporate Account Manager to get a complete report containing only their own customers. Using GDM tool (Global Data Management) CAM's can link accounts to their buckets.
